TEXT: JOHN 17:1-12, 20; 1:18; 3:34; 5:19; 6:27; 8:28; 10:36; 14:13.

Studying from (John chapter 17:1-12) is about the sacred prayers of Jesus to the heavenly Father.
“These words spoke Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee. The prayer He prayed He is that he wants glory from the father” (John 17:1)._ It spoke about the Father, the Son, the disciples and the today believers and even the world. The prayer includes you and me. The prayer makes the revelation of the relationship between the Father and the Son. This relationship has began before the foundation of the world. He is always declaring the relationship between Him and the Father. The Son has the final authority so also the Father. When He came to the earth, he humbled himself and make Himself of no reputation. He will do nothing except that which the Father shall approve. You will see the love, unity and the authority of the Father over the Son. He emphasizes the fact that He is the Son and that God is the Father.

John 17:1-5; 11:41-42; 12:23; 13:1,31-32; Psalm 2:6-7; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 2:8; 1 John 5:4-5,13,18-21; John 17:24.

“These words spoke Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee. The prayer He prayed He is that he wants glory from the father” (John 17:1). The disciples know that he is the eternal life and that he has glorified the father. He lifted his eye to heaven because he has the assurance that the father will hear. Today you must roll away the stone. Before we pray, we know God is faithful that he will answer us. How often does the father answer the son, it is always and he will answer you today as the son pray to the father on your behalf. The power of the Lord is always activated when the son prays to the Father. It is good for you to know when your hour comes.
Jesus Christ the son of God is not an afterthought, it has already be declared in heaven, it is the declaration of heaven. The Lord Jesus has ownership over the whole world. The Lord has giving the whole world to the Son that was He said go ye into the world and preach the gospel. How does He has the authority, it is because He gave Himself and that He did voluntarily. What He has done is to sacrifice Himself on the cross of Calvary. There are people who have not submitted themselves to Christ but they will come. The death you should die, He has done then that is why you must come to Him. He that didn’t come is as a result of lack of faith but you can because you can do all things through Christ. As you come, you will have the victory. Thank God I know, there are people who say they don’t know but as you come to Christ the Spirit will bear witness with your heart. Some people are not sure they are free from sin and they make confess where Sunday saying no one can be free from sin but there people that are free from sin. The Son had glory with the Father before the world began. He has been in heaven.

ohn 17:6-11,14 ; John 10:27-29; 15:19; Luke 10:20; 1 Thessalonians 2:13-14; 1 John 4:14-16; Hebrews 7:25-26; 9:24.

Jesus himself testified about their lives. Were those disciples before the cross having their names in the book of life. Jesus gave them the word and they received the word. They were believers not unbelievers. They belong to the Lord, they people chosen by the Lord. They belong to the Lord and not to the world. These ones have been converted, cleaned and transformed by the Lord. They were new creatures already. If somebody is not saved, can his name be in heaven, obviously no. They had the same salvation you have.
They be lived the word of God and it transformed their lives; I pray that people will see the change in your life and will influence them in Jesus name. Whoever you are, He is able to save because He has paid the price and He is the Saviour. Christ pray for you and as believe the pray, He will save you, protect you. And as you believe you will see the manifestation in your life. As you come to Christ, transform will happen and your neighbor will see. The power of those who come to Christ will be manifested in your life in Jesus name.

John 17:11-12, 14-15,12

Our protection through the son by the Father:

*1. Preservation from sin and defilement – Psalm 19:13; 119:9-11; Romans 6:7,11-12,18,22He is the one that keep us, temptation will come, defilement will come but He can keep us. That is the pray you are praying so that sin will not have dominion over us. The Lord will make you free and you will have testimony of freedom. Somebody there are you free from sin in Jesus Name.
